At the 2024 End-of-Year Reflection event hosted by the Directorate General of Legislation on December 17, 2024, in West Jakarta, Dr. Albert Aries, a lecturer from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Trisakti, was awarded the title of “Inspirational Figure in Supporting Legislative Development in Indonesia” by the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenkum RI).

The award was presented directly by the Minister of Law, Dr. Supratman Andi Agtas, the Deputy Minister of Law, Prof. Eddy O.S. Hiariej, and the Director General of Legislation, Dr. Dhahana Putra. In addition to Dr. Albert Aries, the honor was also bestowed upon four other distinguished figures: Prof. Harkristuti Harkrisnowo (Professor at FH UI), Dr. Wahiduddin Adams (Former Constitutional Court Judge), Prof. Wicipto Setiadi (Professor at UPN Veteran), and Erasmus Napitupulu (ICJR).

These individuals were recognized for their active roles in inspiring and contributing intellectual thought to the legislative drafting and harmonization process in Indonesia. Good and harmonized legislation serves as a vital instrument, aligning with the seventh mission of the Asta Cita initiative championed by the Prabowo-Gibran administration to realize the vision of a Shared Advanced Indonesia Toward Golden Indonesia 2045.
